We continue to celebrate National Pharmacy Week, and Pharmacy Alternatives Pharmacist Jonathan Brown has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Christiansburg, VA.
When one of his operation鈥檚 group home partners unexpectedly received 22 new residents, Jonathan stepped up to lead an extraordinary effort. Facing more than 400 medication orders that needed to be entered, verified, filled, and delivered within three working days, he organized the workflow, coordinated the team, and ensured each individual received their prescriptions on time.
Jonathan鈥檚 calm leadership, problem-solving, and commitment to patient care made what seemed impossible achievable. His dedication not only ensured seamless continuity of care for the new residents but also kept daily operations running smoothly throughout the challenge.
